error of Unity Bulk Import.

Now I want to import subscriber through Unity Bulk Import.But when I open Unity Bulk Import, system prompt "failed to get resource from CubiRes.DLL.Language ID=2052"

Hi -

We are using English only on our Unity server, but here is the path for the cubires.dll - c:\commserver\localize\resources\enu. ENU is for English. The language folder will depend on the languages you have loaded on your server. I would do a search for the file on your server to see if it exists. If not, you may want to reload Bulk Import, which you can get from the Unity CD or www.ciscounitytools.com.
