error sql when installing cisco attendant console

i'm facing a sql error when i try to install cisco attendant console advenced version 11.0
sql express 2012 is installed firstly
i'm using windows server 2012 R2 (64 bit)

please fin the error message on the attached file

What is the username and password you are using when installing CUACA? Note that the install guide says that the default username is 'sa' and password is 'Z1ppyf0rever'. Now, if you installed SQL Express and that username and password is not working, you might need to manually reset the password for the 'sa' account via Windows CLI.

I had something very similar - I left it for an "expert" to install SQL - seems he was using the wrong SQL. He was using a development version rather than the proper production version - went in no bother afterwards.
