Hi,
I would like to share about our UCCE architecture.
Voice G/w -> G/K -> CVP call server -> ICM -> Callmanager -> Agent
We using,
1. CVP comprehensive H.323 model
2. ccm pg between ICM and Call manager
3. cvp pg between Call server and ICM
4. Call manager version 4.0
We are not using,
1. VXML G/W
2. dialler for outgoing
Please guide me that how the inbound and outbound call is happening. If possible explain with the call flow.

Hi Gopi,
In a nutshell (I am not a CVP expert)
Call comes in to the gateway
Gateway sends an Admission Request to the Gatekeeper
Hopefully the gatekeeper will send an admission confirm back to the gateway with the ip address of CVP
The gateway will send an H323 setup to CVP
CVP will send a route request to ICM
ICM will run a script and will return a label and will probably point to an available agent (since you are not using a VXML gateway)
CVP will send the call to the GK to find out the address of the cucm
Once it gets the ip address it will extend the call to callmanager (via H323)
That's just a guess since I don't know how your contact center works. Normally the person who deployed it should know what's the exact call flow
For further information you can always look at the CVP SRND guide which includes many call flow scenarios.
Regards,
Christos
