Hello, I got a pair of Expressway-C/E installed in the lab with the intent to set up MRA. During inspection of the steps I noticed that my C does not have Configuration -> Unified Communications option, unlike the E. Did I set up the licensing incorrectly?
On the C
Expressway Series
10 Non Traversal calls
10 Rich Media calls
On the E
Expressway Series
Traversal Server
10 Non Traversal calls
10 Rich Media calls
Running X8.10.4. Any ideas?

I was really hoping someone would have an idea. This is a new install, btw. not an upgrade, and I have another pair licensed the same way with the same problem.

Hello,
Do you have "Cisco Expressway-C" a the top left of the windows ?
What Option Keys have you installed on your expressway Core ?
You should have options keys "Expressway Series" and optionally "H323-SIP Interworking-Gateway".
For information it's not necessary to deploy RMS licences on Expressway Cores from release 8.8.

Luckily this is a clean install. I've done this before. Never had this issue.
I'll re-install and see if this fix the menu issue.
