Needs some help, we recently had a router go down and after it was replaced, we have been having some strange issues with some users having issues when calling external or receiving external calls. We can call the DID, it will ring and when they answer, neither side can hear anything. The same goes for when they are calling external. If they make internal calls, everything is fine. This is not happening will all the users, only some and we cannot seem to figure out what is causing this. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

Hi,
Is this issue happening for local or remote users? What connection type (SIP / PRI / FXO) you are using to PSTN? Are you able to ping the affected users from router?

These are local users, we are using a PRI and yes using the PSTN. Yes, we can ping the device from the router.
