Hi,
We just upgrade the CUCM & UCCX in our Env.
after that we are facing problem, with the RTMT login.. where CM node log in successfully happen but for UCCX it shows error below mention error
RTMT application cannot communicate with specified node/cluster.
Please verify the host IP address is correct and the network connection is up, and try again .
1. we already uninstall previous version.. downloaded new from system & install
2. we already try this on many machines here we are using system with Windows 7 OS .
CUCM System Version UCCX system version
Old version 9.1.2.110008-1 9.0.2.10000-71
New Version 9.1.2.13900-10 9.0.2.11003-44

Hi Vijay,
It seems to be hitting bug CSCuu87947. Below workaround can be performed to fix it.
*from (C:\Program Files (x86)\Java) -> copy "jre7" file *from (C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Unified Rtmt\JRtmt) delete existing "jre" file *paste "jre7" file in (C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Unified Rtmt\JRtmt) *rename it as "jre".
