Failed Inbound Calls - SIP Trunk to Acme SBC

Hi There,

Please assist. I have the setup below and all inbound calls fail:

CUCM -->(h323) Gateway --> (H323-to-SIP) SBC --> Softswitch

The SBC sends an Invite and PRACK towards the Gateway; the gateway responds with a Ringing and OK (to the PRACK) but does not respond with an OK to the Invite. The gateway then immediately sends an Invite to the SBC with incorrect information and after trying the SBC sends No Routes available error.

Called Phone Side: The phone rings and when answered it looks like its connected but there is silence and after 10 seconds there is an engaged tone.

Caller Phone: The phone rings continuously; until 10 seconds after the called phone has picked up, then a 'Subscriber Unavailable' message is heard.

I have attached the gateway configs and debug ccsip all & debug voice dialpeers output.

27873100151: Called Number

0720655043: Calling Number

41.21.255.4: SBC

172.16.251.1: Voice Gateway (HSRP virtual ip address - the primary gateway ip is 172.16.251.2)
