Hello, I'm trying to upgrade virtual-service CUE in a Cisco SIR router from version 9-0-3 to 10-2-2
I uploaded te ova file and issue the command 'virtual-service upgrade name CUE package bootflash:CUE-Virtual-10-2-2-ISR4K.ova'. The installation was successful, and the 'show virtual-service list' said 'Installed', but when I tried to activate it I got the result 'Activatino Failed'.
I checked with 'show virtual-service detail' and found that there were no license information:
Licensing
Name : Not Available
Version : Not Available
Unlike before that it was:
Licensing
Name : ISR-CUE
Version : 1.0
So I reverted it back to version 9-0-3 with same command. I was successfully installed and this time I could activate it. License is like before and 'show virtual-service list' says 'Activated', but I can't ping the virtual-service ip address or loging to it.
What could be missing?
