Forward Message by extension

Currently when I want to forward a message my first option is to spell the name of the user to whom I want to forward. Only if I press ## will it give me the ability to forward the message by extension.

Is there anyway of reversing this option? So by default I would like to foward by extension, and if I don't know the extension than I press ## to forward by spelling name.

Yes - in the web admin interface on the conversations page there's an option for defaulting to addressing by ID or addressing by first or last names. You can also adjust this using BUlkEdit to change the behavior for many subscribers if you want to.
