Trasfer direct to VM the message plays to Fast

When a user transfers a call directly to anothers VM via the trasfer option the transferee's message begins playing before they can finish the trasfer and the original caller begins hearing the VM greeting part way through. Can the time to start the message be delayed for 2 or 3 seconds? Unity for Domino

We've had the same issue, what I informed my users is when they are recording their greeting to allow few seconds of silence before they start their greeting.
