Fresh Install of 10.5.2.12901-1; Master Agent Busy

Just did a fresh install of 10.5.2 and upgraded to SU2a.  I'm able to add a SFTP server for backups, but when I go to either backup the Publisher or try to run a restore of a backup that was taken from a previous install I'm getting this:

Unable to process request, master agent is busy

I've tried restarting DRS services but that hasn't helped.  I also did a 2nd fresh install after downloading the SU2a file a 2nd time and had the same issue.  Just want to see what I might be looking at in terms of reasons.

Can you make sure the services are up and running from CLI. 

show services list page

Thanks for this.  I guess in the attempt to get it online quickly I forgot to start all the services.  Once I did that it came up w/o any issues.  Thanks.
