getting error in SFTP

We are facing common disk partition issue because of this are taking backup of Activelogs in CUCM using Core FTP mini0sftp-server.

where getting error of  "Invalid download directory specified."

under the download directory in attached snapshot, just mention /

Secondly, do check paths in sftp minincore software i.e. folder in which software is installed and .exe is executed.
