Hi all,
Just trying to set up a greeting recording solution is a way;
- Users can dial a number and record greetings messages for their IVR queues
- Can listen to their recorded greeting
A setup was done in uccx already, where users would call an extension and record greetings on different options and then could listen to their recording if they need to. we have decommissioned uccx with upgradation v14 and i am trying to understand what would be the best option to setup something similar in unity maybe?
Thanks

Steps to Record a new greeting
Open the Google Voice app .
At the top left, tap Menu. Settings.
In the Voicemail section, tap Voicemail greeting.
Tap Record a greeting.
Tap Record .
Record your greeting and when you're done, tap Stop .
Choose what you want to do with the recording: To listen to the recording, tap Play
Regards,

Thanks for the reply Rachel
But I would like to set up something as a standard that can be used by anyone in the organization (3k + users). And asking users to record using google voice ( and they would need a google account) to do that won't be an option.

Look into Greeting Administration in Unity Connection. Have a look at this post https://netcraftsmen.com/configuring-greetings-administrator-without-new-routing-rules/ and this document for how to set this up https://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/1x/administration/guide/acm210.html.
