I have a Unity 4.2 server where we have our greetings and just recently noticed that although a schedule is configured to kick in at 3:30 pm, (office closed from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm) it will not kick in at 3:30 pm. Any idea why it doesn't kick in at that time?

Hi -
Make sure the schedule you have created is applied to the call handler or Unity subscriber(s). You might check the schedule to see that you have it configured as you want. You also need a Closed greeting recorded and enabled, otherwise the Standard will play by default all hours - all days.

Thanks for reply. Can you tell me how to apply it to call handler?

Hi -
On the call handler Profile web page, there will be a field called Active Schedule. Click the black down arrow to select the schedule you have created. Save the call handler. Once the schedule is applied and a Closed greeting recorded and enabled, the Closed greeting will play during the OFF hours you have indicated.
