hi,
i have a problem in scripting chapter 7 icd.aef, i don;t know how to connect the select resource to agents in order to put the caller in queue:

Perhaps describe what you have done, and where you are stuck.
Basically a 'select resource' step refers to the name of a CSQ; this is case sensitive and must be exact.
So you must first create a CSQ; assign a skill (or resource group) to it, and assign that skill or RG to an agent.

before i tried without creating CSQ name which I've failed, but after digging up i did find this blog
