Help me, I need to restrict calls by quotas (quantity and time)

For each terminal, limit the number of external connections (landlines, mobile phones, international numbers) for each period.
example: extension 9520 you can only make 10 calls to cell phones every 30 days. When you try again, the connection will be canceled.

i suggest to use modules on the market which created by cisco partners like "imagicle" Co.

check "imagicle" solution on their website,
they have some modules name as "Call Analytic" + "Budget Control" + "Phone Lock"

"imagicle" is one of cisco partners which provide good modules for cisco UC

You need a third-party application like Imagicle Budget Control, as mentioned by @Mohammadreza Hadi . This allows you to set call budgets for each user, and the phone lock feature will restrict the phone once the budget limit is exceeded, which an admin can unlock if needed. Call analytics is also required. Reach out to a local Cisco or Imagicle partner for assistance in provisioning a solution.
