Hi Freind
A strange issue we are facing in our network the issue is that.
We have hardphone and CUPC and intermittenly we are facing a one way audio problem . This issue is random for phones.
We checked network and it is ok and working , tried pinging and it is working fine.
Not able to collect packet capture from the client . but got a error in the hardphone by accessing it via GUI.
the error says :
ERR 16:21:14.753258 DSP: MT:***RTP- One Way audio
How can we troubleshoot in the issue as we dont see any issue from network front.

Hi,
I would imagine DSP resource unavailability, based on the error message. Could you confirm if you have enough DSP resopurces to serve the requests? Also please find the link which should give you more information.

Thanks for the reply.
In my case the call is within the cluster w/o any voice gateway and the log file is from ip phone.
What can be the reason in this case for 1 way audio.
