Historical reports on UCCX

I have to get customized historical reports, whe I copy wich I try to copy one for customize, the menu appears like disable to select any item, and I can´t to create new one, so I have to need special rights to create an historical reports and send it to email???

Hi,

From what I understand, you are trying to email historical reports to yourself to be able to then customize them.  Is that correct? 

When we first got UCCX I was unable to do that as well. I had to get my IT department to change some setting to give me more access to the program in order for me to then be able to export and customise reports. I'm sorry, I'm not sure specifically what they had to change as I am just a user of the product and not an IT specialist.

yes you are right I try to generate a specific report, this is take one report on specific, save it on another location, other than STOCK, configure it to send the output to an email address.

You are probably not logging in as Application user and hence facing this issue. Please login with the Application user and you should be able to do this then.

Note: Application user is the one that you use to login into Cisco Unified Serviceability page.

you are right, I am log in with a user that doesnot application user, it is a reporting user, so I need to log in with application user and try it again.
