I put an IP address into the login server on the Windows CupC client V7.1x. I want to put a dns name, but CUPc will NOT save, it keeps going back to the IP address.
What am I missing here?

Change it on CUPS > System > Cluster Topology.

on install used an IP, want to change that to a dns name.
Are you saying that CupC is pushed this IP address up the to CUP server it is storing it?

There's no push.
After CUPC login, it'll pull the process node name from CUPS as the next logon server. Somebody changed the process node name to IP address.
