I came across this and think it's wrong

CSFBEANF should be the only controlled device for this user

How can I remove the three that shouldn't be associated with beanf?

Yes on the End User. There is a button for opening a sub page where you can associate device(s) and also see what device(s) that currently is associated. There you can deselect the device(s) you’re looking at de-associate.

Because you filtered the search. Clear your filter, click Find again, and all currently associated devices will be shown first.

Without a filter criteria set this is how it would look.

Simply deselect the device(s) that you do not want to be assosiated with the user and press Save Selected/Changes button.

On the page where you assign devices as controlled you have the option to see already selected controlled devices. There you can deselect the device(s) you’d do not want to have controlled by the user.

Hi Roger, are you referring to the End User Configuration page?
I suspect not... What screen are you referring to?
The snippet of the screen I included doesn't have an option for removing the association...
Sorry, but I'm stupped as to what screen you're referring to.

Is this the screen you are referring to?
I don't see the other devices associated on this screen...

Yes it is. As @Jonathan Schulenberg wrote you’ll need to clear out the filter as it would hide any device(s) that doesn’t match the filter.
