how can i reset the cisco prime collaboration web client password ?

Hello , 

    I've forget the username and password for login to cisco prime collaboration 9.5 web how can i recovery this ? I try to login to the Server with username cmuser password cmuser fro instruction in cisco document,  but it tell invalid login .  I can login with root user but i don't know where's the password text to edit.

i have read and try this before posting. and sure it still show invalid username or password.

Can u please post the snapshot of how u are trying to change along with error message?

Hi

Have you tried this steps?

Step 1   Log in as a root user.

Step 2   Enter the "goemsam" command:

Step 3   Execute the following: #./bin/resetGlobalAdminPassword.sh

Step 4   Enter a new password for the globaladmin and also confirm the new password.
