How do I logon to a Cisco Call Manager phone system?

  • I need to logon in to a Cisco Call Manager System; how do I do that and can I do that from my desk or do I have to connect to equipment?
  • I need to change the Time that it displays to the phones; how do I do that?
  • I need to add a New Phone to our system - same model
  • can you direct me to either documentation or training for future needs?

This is a CISCO Business Edition 3000 8.x

There are several more issues I would like to fix, but these are the main one at this time...

You can access the CallManager for day to day administration via a web browser.

Example:  https:///ccmadmin/

We cannot help you with the login username and password, so hopefully you have that information.

SCCP Phones pull time from the CallManager itself.  The Date Time group in the Phone's Device Pool dictates the timezone offset.  SIP Phones need a Phone NTP reference to point to to pull their time, and also get their TZ offset via Date Time Groups.

You would go to Device > Phone then click Add New.  Alternatively, you can find another phone in the system which is the same model, and use the Copy feature.
