Good day,
we use CUCM 9.x and already bought part of licenses Basic (9.x) and Enhanced (9.x) (see attached).
how could we change (10.x) to (9.x)? need to send email to licesing@cisco.com?

Involve Licensing Team.
Initiate mail to licensing@cisco.com with Sales Order number.
How come u purchased licneses for 10.x when u are still running CUCM9?
