Hi,
From Cisco Unity Connection Call Handler when anons was started you can dial any number which you want to reach. My aim is that allow several numbers.
For Example (during greating) I able to call these numbers(1000,1002,2001). I couldnt call another number.
How can doing this from Cisco Unity Connection 8.x
Thanks.

Hi,
What you're looking for is setting up a call handler (under the greeting setting) to allow system transfers. This allows a transfer to numbers not assigned to a subscriber's mailbox. If you make a system transfer to the PSTN then you'll also need to tweak the restriction tables.
Please be aware that when setting up this configuration improperly, this could lead to toll-fraud so you do want to protect yourself from that.

Just check this option to make that work
Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers—
Check this check box to allow callers to transfer to extensions that are not assigned to other users or call handlers. Connection attempts a release transfer as long as the number entered by the caller is allowed by the Default System Transfer restriction table.

Hi All,
Thanks for your response.
I have checked but could fix our wishes.
Our iam is that; Screen topology was attached.
during greating (When greating said that "you can dial any extension to reach"). I shuld able to dial 1000,2002,30003 not 4004. When I dial the 4004 system should dont send me me 4004(not allowed me ). I main.
Just such digits are shuld allowed by greating. We shuld not able to call any number without(1000,2002,3003). For example I shount call 5005,034343,....

Hi Mehmet,
I see where you are going here, but I don't think you can block access to
numbers like 4004 if they are users on the system unless you leverage
the method show by Lindborg in this recent thread.
