How to disable RCC in MOC in order to install CUCIMOC in a laptop

Hi Guys, im just deploying CUCIMOC on a customer, but i have some laptops with rcc enabled in the

MOC and wjen i install the CUCIMOC plug in it does not works, can anyone help me, in how can i disable rcc (moc voice), in the MOC Panel in order to get CUCIMOC working ?
