How to edit an End User Configuration

I am trying to change an End User Configuration but do see an option to edit it. The person is no longer and need to change names to new person. Thank you.

The screenshot shows that user object is synced from LDAP. You would need to modify the account there.

On CUCM, I went to System > LDAP > LDAP (System, Directory, Authentication, Custom Filter and Search) and couldn't find the End User to change it.

You need to change the information in the actual LDAP server, whatever you use for LDAP, that's where you need to change that.
CUCM simply pulls the information from your LDAP server.

As the user is synced from LDAP you cannot change it in CM, you need to change it in the system where you get the LDAP data from. The most common LDAP system would be AD, if that’s what you’re using so you’ll need to change it in AD.

You cannot modify that information in CM as the user is synchronised from an LDAP source. You’ll need to modify it in the source.
