2xcucm version "10.5.2"
2xIMP version " 10.5.2"
2xcuc version "10.5.1.10000-7"
vcs-control X8.6.1
vcs-expressway X8.6.1
i want to know how can i fully backup my system in case of a full hardware failure , so far i have taken backup of all the devices , taken vm images of the servers , but is there more things to back up and save? like screenshot of a certain information ? does backups include the license or i need to manually save them or write down their license number?

That's the proper way of taking a backup as recommended by Cisco , unless and until your'e using a new hardware in case you had a bad hardware crash
You would need to upload the License files again, would be if the restore was being done on the Publisher/First Node and you are using a new hardware. In this instance you would need to also contact licensing@cisco.com , to re-home the License files to the new Publisher/First Node server MAC

Use DRS backup on each app for daily backups to SFTP.
vmware snapshotting is not supported, but does work :-)
VCS servers do not have DRS so you need to take occasional manual backup, but the config on these really does not change unless you add services, etc.
As to licensing, per Cisco your PLM virtual machine node should always be hard coded with static MAC address, this way you can move the machine, rebuild it on another server (with the same MAC address) without affecting licensing.
