Hi everyone,
Good day to all of you!
I would like to know how to locate the Mac address of our Call Manager BE6K?
The scenario is this. Our old CM has been replaced by a new one, now the new CM is on operation and the old CM is on standby, waiting to be picked-up by Cisco.
I got the mac address of the new CM via Cisco Unified Operating System Administration> Show> Network
What I want to get is the Mac address of the old CM which is now powered off and is not connected to the network anymore.
I can get the S/N of the old CM since there is a sticker near the front end of the device. There are also addresses that can be found at the back of the old CM:
MGMT, LAN 1 and Shared.
What I need is the Mac, is there any other way to locate this? Or do we really need to power it up again (connect it back to the network?) for us to find its Mac address?
Thank you so much and more power to Cisco!
Kind regards,

Mac address can only be found by powering up the callmanager. It is not documented anywhere.

Hello again Manish,
Thank you for your response!
Cisco asked for the PAK and the SO# of our device and hopefully from there they could track it for me.
Thanks again and have a great day!
Cheers,
