Is it possible to have a Hunt Group of 302 that transfers to a voicemail of 302? The hunt group seems to transfer to 302 voicemail correctly but if someone calls into one of the call handlers and Dials 302 it goes directly to voicemail and does not ring the hunt group. Is there something I am missing in my setup?
i know under users there is an option to transfer directly to greeting to attempt transfer to number. My memory is failing me right now if that is the same for call handlers I believe it is,
