A user claims that their desk phone used to display the caller ID in the call history on their desk phone. Now it shows the phone number, then under that "Hunt group: [name of hunt]." Jabber still shows the caller ID. Is this possibly related to upgrading from CUCM 11.0 to 11.5? CUC is on 11.0. Is there a setting that will change this to show the caller ID?

If I’m not wrong this is related to a change in the device firmware. If you search the community you’ll find other posts on the topic. AFAIK there is no way, other than downgrading the device firmware, to alter this.
