Hi ,
CUCM 10.5
I have a problem that I can’t reach my Devices (9951) over IP (IP V4 Address) .
If I control my device in CUCM , Device , Phone I see that my Phone has a IP Address , I can ping this also but If I try reach the Device over the IP-Address I get “Timeout” as the error message .
Any idea for me ?

Go into the Phone itself within CUCM and scroll down to 'Product Specific Configuration Layout'.
There you will find a setting called 'Web Access'
Make sure this is set to enable and you should be able to access the phones web interface.
If you want to enable this for all phones, you need to do it at the global level.

It is set to enable but it still doesn’t work , shall I restart some services on CUCM?

You shouldn't need to restart services.
Have you got a firewall in between your machine and the IP range of the phone?

yes we have a Firewall , do you think iit is the Problem (packet drop) ?

Check for any drops for port 80.

it is indeed a problem with FW , a lot of package are dropped by FW.

Yes i did restart the Phone but it didn't help.
