Is it possible to identify a caller entered in the personal directory of a telephone extension registered in cisco cucm, or by using the imagicle solution with cucm?

Hello,
i means, when i have a ip phone 1000 registered on cucm
i configured a personal diretory on this phone, an external number phone ( mobile phone), for example 6666, name; Marc
When the ip phone 1000 receive a call from 6666, it will display Marc on the ip phone 1000, so the ip phone can identify the call

The Imagicle Contact Manager supports this feature. Please refer to the knowledge base (KB) article for setup instructions. Imagicle provides a comprehensive KB guide, which I recommend reading in its entirety.

I believe you’re inquiring about the Caller ID feature available with the Imagicle Contact Manager. If that’s the case, the caller ID will be displayed when you receive a call from an external number that is included in the Imagicle Contact Manager.
On Cisco Unified CallManager Contact Manager also provides the Caller ID service (also called directory lookup). When a call rings on the phone, a search for the calling number is automatically made on the user's directories and, if a match is found, the caller name is displayed.
