IM&P 14: Persistent Chat Room user access restrictions

Hello,

Is it possible to limit access to a persistent chat room via Active Directory group membership rather than by chat administrators? For example, if we have a Dev chat room I'd want only users who are part of the Dev active directory group to have access to that room. Trusting a moderator for each room isn't secure enough a solution. 

If not directly by AD group, LDAP filtering is also an option since you can filter by AD group.

No, that isn't an configurable option and I'm not aware of any unpublished APIs that would allow you to do that.

Is there some option other than chat administrator which provides flexibility? Perhaps by SQL?
