IM & Presence Upgrade12.5.1.10000-22 to 14

I'm unable to upgrade IM&P from 12.5.1.10000-22 to 14SU1. I was successful in running the cop file. When I attempt to upgrade the file, I receive an invalid upgrade path. I need advise how to fix this issue.

Available options and upgrades in

1) ciscocm.enable-sha512sum-2021-signing-key-v1.0.cop.sgn
2) ciscocm.postUpgradeCheck-00029.k4.cop.sha512
3) ciscocm.preUpgradeCheck-00029.k4.cop.sha512

After upgrading COP file, Tried to upgrade the CUCM 14

The given directory was located and searched but no valid options or upgrades were available. Note, the system cannot be downgraded so option and upgrade files for previous releases were ignored.

Have you installed the COP file(s) for adding the new signing keys on the system? There is at least one needed, but possibly two would be needed for the system to recognise the upgrade file that is signed by the new keys.

@Roger Kallberg  Thanks for your swift response. The problem was rectified; the issue was an incorrect file name, which prevented the system from detecting it.
