I just installed IMP 10 to solve federation issue for Jabber application.
When I am trying to login to https:<imp-server>/cupuser, it displays an error message:
You do not have permission to use this feature. Please contact your administrator for more information.
I have granted all access permission to the user via CCMAdmin end user configuration. The user can login to CCMAdmin and CCMUser webpage. But he cannot login to CUPUSER webpage.
Does anyone ever experience same issue?

Cisco TAC advised that access to CCMUser webpage is no longer required.
We can review user's contacts & watchers from CCMAdmin.
End User > Presence Viewer for User
The downside of this, administrator is no longer able to add/delete contact for an end user

But how to enable the calendar sync? there used to a tick box under user option page to enable the calendar integration.

This option is still available by logging into the Self Care Portal (https://<<UCM IP Address>>/ucmuser) and selecting the IM & Availability tab.

Adam, are you saying that the self care portal provides the end user the ability to edit their IM&P contact lists similar to the way they could in the cupuser options portal? When we log in and click the IM & Avail. tab, there doesn't seem to be any way to view or edit contact lists.
