I have a client that would like to migrate off of their present Avaya Voicemail system to a Unity Connection 9.X. I am trying to find information on the integration and what hardware I would need to do the integration. I say a few that talked about PMIG on older Avaya system. Would I still need to do the PIMG integration with a Avaya CM6 and Unity Connection 9.X voicemail system? Also would I have any limitation? Thanks!
PIMG or TIMG might be your safest bet. Now, you could do a quick test of SIP trunk from the Avaya to Unity Connection. It may or may not be supported, but could work.
