In my IP Communicator Version 2.0.1.02, intercom line is not displaying.
and all configuration is correct.

If configuration is correct can you please post screen shots of the device, and configs, and status messages on the phone to prove it is updating its TFTP settings correctly.

Verified status messages on IP communicator, it is showing TFTP Timeout and No CTL Installed.

The no ctl is not a problem as long as your not in mix mode (secure mode).
Your tftp timeout is the problem so check the basics first
do you have the correct tftp servers called out in the settings of the up communicator
