Hello,
I have IP Communicator 8.6.1 on a laptop running VPN from a home office. The issue is that when I use my wireless headset for a call, the people on the other end report that my voice cuts in and out as well as hearing a crackling noise.
I spoke with my ISP and phone company. They ran some tests to find that all was well from their end. They are stating that the Cisco "software" is probably not configured optimally.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Looking for any ideas.

Hi
What set you are using. Below link shows the supported headset for the ip comunicator. Refer section " Table 4.Tested Audio Devices"
