Solved: Ip phone 7975g not registering in CME 8.6

Good evening,
I have a Cisco 2921 router, I use it as a CME version 8.6.
I have 4 Ip phones 7945g working without problem.
I have Cisco IP Conference Station Model 7937 working with no problem.
I have 2 Ip phone 7975g that I can't register in the system, I reset the phone to take the firmware from the CME (tftp server), but the phone is in continuous restart,

Where is that file? What I mean is in what directory on the router flash? To make that file available to the phone, you would need this command in the router global config.

tftp-server flash:term75.default.loads

That is assume the file is in the root of the flash file system. The same will be true for the other files that make use the load that is referenced in the default load file.

I am doing this from memory, so I might be slightly off on the debug commands. If you do a "debug tftp packet" "debug tftp event", what do you see? It is possible that there is a file missing, or that the phone is configured to use SIP firmware instead on SCCP. Looking at the output of those commands should give you an idea where the process is going awry.

Edit: I removed the "ip" keyword from the commands since that isn't needed.

I don't understand, the file looked for (term75.default.loads) by the phone is in the router flash !!!!!!
