Hello,
some time ago, we have registered a PAK for a SW-CUP7.0-K9.
That PAK contained:
1 CUP-SERVER7.0-K9
15 CUP-SERVER-LIC
Since the Product Name of the PAK referred to Cisco Unified Presence, when we have generated online the .lic file, we have used the MAC Address of CUP server.
The issue is that if we go to “License Unit Report” on CUP, we see only the “Proxy Server” and the “Presence Engine” units, but not the 15 units related to “CUP-SERVER-LIC”.
What’s wrong? Where can we see these units?
TIA and regards.

forward the .LIC file and your contract information to licensing@cisco.com and have them verify what should be included/excluded. Its probably and auto-generate key from the PAK that is missing something that should have been there. Licensing should be able to fix this.

Hello,
we have submitted the issue to licensing team.
They have solved by providing us two .lic files: 1 for CUP (with "Proxy Server” and the “Presence Engine” units) and 1 for CUCM (with 15 DLUs).
Thanks, Tommer.
Regards.
