Issues with Cisco Room Kit Plus and sound quality

Hi, some of our conference rooms are having issues with sound quality and we have ruled out the network, and pointed to the device itself or the ceiling Shure microphones.  We can hear what the people in the room are saying but they sound distant and low.  The room is an exterior room with windows on 2 two sides, but closing the blinds does not help.

 

The issues tab in the control center doesn't really give any insight, such as "Audio Pairing SNR".

 

Wanted to see if anyone had any ideas?

Also, I would like to test tabletop mics to see if they help, I believe Cisco has some that can connect to the Touch10 panel on the desk?
How would I connect something like a Jabra 510, 750 desk speakerphone/mic or a Poly headset? I did see a compatability list online but it doesn't include instrictions.
