Is there a way to sanely support multiple TCT devices or multiple BOT devices for a single user and have mobility identities? For example, imagine user who has two BOT devices with mobility identities for two different phones. Since the CM cannot make a hard association between a given BOT device and a phone, it becomes easy for the phones to connect to the wrong BOT device, and thus the wrong mobility identity.
This might not seem like a huge problem, because both of the phones will still receive calls over Jabber. But imagine that phone A is logged off, and phone B registers with BOT A. Now phone A will not receive any calls at all, and phone B will receive a phone call and a Jabber call at the same time, which in some reports prevents users from being able to answer either call.
Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Out of curiosity, what's the use case for this? Why does the same user have multiple work cell phones?

We would like to allow users to receive work calls on their personal devices as well as their work phones. If someone has a work iPhone and a personal iPhone, this issue arises.
