Hello everyone!
Is it possible to configure IVR (scripts) in the following manner:
If I dial an internal number and no one picks up the phone the call is forwarded to IVR CTI number, IVR sends a request to our Resource Management server to see if this person is available today, or he is on vacation or something and depending on results IVR plays a file for example "This person is on vacation from the 5th of September until the 23rd of September"

What is the Resource Management application? You can definitely use Cisco IP-IVR to read froma database or an XML file.

There isnt any Resource Management application yet, we just think of it. So IP IVR can read from for example MS SQL?
