IVR ISSUE

Hi ,

Once user is getting connected to the IVR, then either call is going into mute mode or gets disconnected intermittently.

I am unable to understand why this happen any one have any solution for this issue.

Is this happening to only 1 user?  Any commonalities when it happens (same time every day, same queue, same script, etc)?

Hi Amit,

Request you to please provide the full details like what is the call scenario, what all products\versions, call flow, script snapshot and attach respective logs as well to understand it and check the root cause for it.
