All,
When connect through Jabber Mobile via Expressway, we are unable to perform screen sharing and also cannot share any print screens in the chat. (The Share Screen button is grayed out)
This works fine when we connect to Jabber internally.
Any ideas please?

This seems to be a limitation with jabber when used with MRA, please check the following
