hi guys,
its a new installation. in testing mode. uc apps 11.5. jabber 12.0. basically adroid jabber doesn't show list of meetings in the meeting tab. also the webex doesn't show up. its a cloud webex. however, windows PC jabber works well for meeting /webex. IMP is integrated with exchange ( as gateway) directly (IMP does have email server certs) and its a green check.
anything I am missing here?

Hi there
Could you try adding the Domain name into the BOT Product Specific Configuration Layout field and see that helps.
Also you could create a jabber-config.xml for your andriod devices using the file generator, upload to the TFTP, Restart TFTP, signout,Reset and signin back to the device

hey,
if iPhone/adroid has an email app then jabber should grab it from there as it does for windows. it doesn't directly connect with exchange server to list the meetings. so make sure the phone has email app with email setup properly and working for calendar.
my issue was that customer is using a citrix secure mail (an app). not supported.
