Hi,
I am a little confused by the Jabber for iPad Admin Guide.
My question is whether cop file for Application Rules is needed on CUCM 8.6.2.
Under Obtaining Cisco Options Package (COP) file for dial rules, the Admin guide says for 8.5 and earlier versions:
Second, Once I upload the cop file, do I have to modify it based on my own access code?
Thanks
James

If you try to add a new device do you see the option for iPad??
If yes, just go ahead with the configuration. If no, install COP
You install a COP and it's systemwide, not sure what you mean by your access code????

Sorry about the confusion. I'll re-phrase my question:
In the admin guide, it referrs to 2 different cop files. One is for adding iPad and the other is for creating Application Dial Rules. I am checking to see if the Application Rules cop file is required on 8.6.2 and if it needs to modified with an access code.
Thanks

You don't need the cop file for 8.6.2
Not sure what you mean by 'access code' though
