Upgrading to 8.6.2 and need this file for my server.  Cisco won't let me put it under to warrenty so I can get support and this file for my server.

Hi,

I do not have idea about this image which u are mentioning since I have never faced such issue.

But if the boxes are under warranty with cisco , u can open SR with cisco and HP engr. would help u with this Firmware Update utility.

Is it documented somewhere that u need to do so?
