Hi Everyone
I have 5 users who are using Cisco 7861 phones and they share 10 lines across the phones. The users are looking to have the 10 lines work as roll over lines, say when line 1 is busy the next incoming call will go to line 2 and the next to line 3 and so on. Should my max number of calls be set to 1 and the busy trigger set to 1 to get the results to users are looking for? Thanks in advance for the help and I look forward to your replies.
Eric

You may want to increase max number of calls if they are making outgoing calls on these lines as well. Set busy trigger to 1 and forward busy to the next line.

I changed the Max calls to 2 and the busy trigger is 1 and as for the forward busy to the next line. Are you speaking of the Forward Busy Internal and External setting and if so should I set the destination field to the number of the next line. For example line 1 is 401001 so on the Call forward and Call Pickup Settings I should have the busy settings destination as 401002.
