Maximum Call Duration Timer in UCM

Hi;  any budy knows if the following service parameter in CM (Maximum call duration timer) works only with external calls (outgoing) or for any type of calls (internal, Outgoing, Incoming)

You can create a TCL for that and apply it to the GW that connects the external call, please note TCL is not TAC supported.
